Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
Our fulfillment and shipping can experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or postal service problems that are outside of our control during special holidays, widespread sale events, or acts of God.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the 'order subtotal' after any relevant discounts have been applied.
We have simple flat rates for shipping:
AU$12.95 flat rate standard shipping in Australian states and territories – estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days, after the date your order has shipped.
AU$22 flat rate express shipping in Australian states and territories – estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days, after the date your order has shipped.
Free standard shipping on orders over AU$85.
Free express shipping on orders over AU$125.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. At this time, we do not ship to:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Yemen.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
Shipping is calculated on the subtotal price of the cart, including discounts and before taxes. (It is not based on the individual product price.)
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Ocean Mind Coffee Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; these charges are your responsibility [as the customer].
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number; you can use this tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
